Gay Marriage and America

Key Data Points from Pew Research Center

DATA SUMMARY:
Perceptions and feelings about gay marriage have changed more in the last decade than feelings on pretty much any major social issue. As of March, slightly more Americans were in favor of gay marriage (48%, compared to 35% just over a decade ago), and more Americans are accepting to the idea of gay parents. Very top level data look at regional and age differences of opinion, what has caused changes in views, and political and religious aspects.
