Female Millennials Make Almost as Much as Their Guy Friends...For Now.

A survey by the Labor Department in 2010 found that generally speaking, the older the woman is the larger the pay gap between her and her male counterpart.* The younger a woman is, the smaller that pay gap is. Fast-forward three years and it appears things are still looking up for Millennial women. A 25-34 year old today now makes 93 cents to the dollar of her male counterpart.
